Our core values guide everything we do here at Tyson. Our commitment to these values includes ensuring a fundamental respect of human rights throughout our operations, in our workforce, and our international supply chain.

With this in mind, we have decided to partner with Counter Human Trafficking Compliance Solutions (CHTCS) to implement a new program to assess potential risk of labor trafficking and forced labor in our supply chain. This program will give us greater clarity into risks in our supply chain, providing us with practical recommendations on how to manage that risk.

Our customers, and the people in the communities we serve expect us to stand up for human rights. It is the right thing to do. We are asking you to join with us in this effort, as your participation is essential to our success.

This online assessment should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete. While it supports our efforts to promote human rights, you will also benefit from participating. In addition to your data being provided to Tyson Foods, upon completion of the assessment, you will also receive immediate recommendations for identifying and mitigating potential sources of labor trafficking and forced labor within your own organization and operations.
