Bob Chan
Executive Director
Bob Chan assumed the role of Executive Director and Partner of Tyson Malaysia since 1990. Backed with 14 years of experience in industrial engineering and management, Bob Chan strategically built MacFood from a turnover of RM12mil in 1990 to RM1bil as of 2020. Bob was instrumental in managing Keystone ME and Thailand during the management transition and has steered the company through multiple crisis.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Technology (Ind Mgt & Engineering) Hons, from Massey University, New Zealand as well as a certificate in Industrial Engineering from the Central Institute of Tech, Wellington, New Zealand.

Vice President Business Relationship APAC
Sharin rejoined Keystone Foods Asia Pacific in 2017, as Vice President of Business Relationships in Keystone Foods Asia Pacific before the company was acquired by Tyson Foods. As he continues his role, he is backed by his diverse experience in logistics, supply chain and manufacturing with Keystone Foods. He has had numerous postings in France, Thailand, Korea, Australia, Japan, the Middle East and in the United States. He has proven himself in his specialisation in turnaround situations and his deep understanding of change management.

Jimmy Koid
Managing Director
Jimmy Koid joined Tyson Malaysia as Managing Director in December 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Jimmy founded JKoid Consulting and served in top management roles at various multinational food companies for 24 years. Jimmy received an Honors Degree in Management Science & Industrial Systems Studies, an Honorary Masters in Management Science as well as a Diploma in Culinary Arts.

Norulazami Abu Bakar is the Supply Chain Director of Tyson Foods Malaysia. She has accumulated 16 years of managerial experience in a diverse range of industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa, USA.

Human Resources Director
Elaine Chong has been the Human Resources Director for Tyson Foods Malaysia since 2012. Prior to her assumption of the role, she has 18 years of experience in managerial roles in a diverse series of companies. She currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition and a Professional Certificate in Business Management.

Victor Sim
Deputy Managing Director, Commercial
After receiving his Bachelor of Business in Logistics, Victor Sim began his career in MacFood Services in 1997. He joined Keystone Foods APMEA in 2010-2011 and later appointed as Deputy Managing Director- Distribution until 2012. Subsequently, Victor worked at Martin Brower as Managing Director, Malaysia and South East from 2012 to 2020.
Currently, Victor assumes the role as the Deputy Managing Director of the Commercial department in Tyson Foods Malaysia.

Innovation Director
Chew Kai Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Management. Chew began her career in MacFood Services from 2002 to 2017 before having a four year stint in various food companies before assuming her role in Tyson Malaysia as Innovation Director. She has held the position since 2017.

A fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (FCMA), Tan Chai Tuan developed his background as an accountant for 10 years before joining Tyson Foods Malaysia. With his expertise, he helms the Company’s finance department as Group Financial Controller.

Food Safety & Quality Assurance Director
Ng Geok Chiam started out her career in Tyson Foods Malaysia firstly as a Quality Assurance Manager in 2008, and then ascended to her current position as Food Safety & Quality Assurance Director in 2011. Ng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology and holds a certificate of ISO 17025. Before her career in Tyson Foods Malaysia, she has 7 years of experience in managerial roles in various food companies.

Teh Chee Seong is the Operations Director in Tyson Foods Malaysia, before this he has held positions as Deputy Director, Senior Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Manager from 2009. Teh has 10 years of experience as an engineer prior to his career in the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He has a Six Sigma Black/Brown belt.
